I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Lynn Pippenger School of Accountancy at the University of South Florida. My research interests focus on how a work environment driven by automation, artificial intelligence, and distributed work influences accountants' performance and well-being outcomes using experimental and qualitative methodologies. Relatedly, I am also passionate about developing pedagogical tools and innovating curriculum to facilitate student engagement and critical thinking in the undergraduate accounting courses.
Impact of motivation on auditor creativity and judgment and decision making in analytical procedure tasks (Experimental)
Impact of presentation format on decision making in post-investment reviews (Experimental)
Impact of digitalization on accountant's need for digital and personal skills and the facilitative factors and barriers to acquiring those skills (Survey)
Knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for student success in the accounting profession (Survey)
